On all our transactions the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, General conditions of the FENEX (Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics), deposited at the Registry of the District Courts at Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda and Rotterdam on 1 July 2004, will be applicable.
